The spotlight will also be on the Spider on the Alfa Romeo stand in Geneva, with a 2.0 16V (110 kW - 150 bhp) version on display.

Alfa's convertible embodies perfect balance between comfort and sportiness, qualities that are reflected in the two prestigious outfits (medium and deluxe). Options include a radio-navigator, developed by Blaupunkt (Bosch), a leader in this field; the system can be used as a navigator, or to play a CD. It comprises a central unit (the radio-navigator), orientation and direction sensors and a GPS (Global Position System) satellite aerial. The digital maps and all the navigation software are on CD-Rom. It is also possible to call up a series of memorised destinations such as service stations, car rental companies, airports, railway stations and motorway exits.

The radio-CD player enhances onboard comfort, and a 10-disc CD player is also offered as an option.

The Spider range includes the Limited Edition, a special version powered by the 2.0 T. Spark 16V engine, and lavishly equipped. In addition to the features of the 2.0 version, it sports an electric hood, Blue Style trim or Lys Grey leather upholstery with chrome finishing elements, metallic paint, double airbag, remote control central locking, radio with CD player, 17 inch alloy wheels and 225/45 tyres.
